I have been an avid follower of Weight Watchers because the programs actually work and you get to eat foods you like. That is a plus because you don’t have to spend a ton of money on foods that are not good. I’ve tried each one of their programs and lost the most of 22 lbs. It’s easy to follow and there are tons of free tools to use. Check out my article onHow to do Weight Watchers without Joining as it gives you the information you need for free.

Weight Watchers Freestyle Zero Point Foods Printable List (1)This year Weight Watchers launched a new program called Freestyle. With this new program, there are over 200 food items at zero point. It used to be just fruits and veggies were at zero points but now you have the option of chicken, fish, eggs and more. Now keep in mind that while thereis a lot of food items at zero point this does not mean you can eat any amount and still lose weight. Keep to the suggested serving size on the zero point list and track in order to lose weight.

I’ve compiled a completelist of Zero Point Foods on the Weight Watchers Freestyle program to print off and carry with you at all times when grocery shopping or for reference. PRINT THE COMPLETE LIST HERE!

A few other things that havechanged with the new program is that your daily SmartPoints allowance changes and will need to be recalculated. And the last thing is that there is now rollover points. You can now roll over up to four unused daily points into your weekly points allowance. This can be used on any extras you like for the remainder of the week.

I find your site very interesting. I see the Weight Watcher commercials where Oprah is in the kitchen saluting the new program. I have often seen her with a pasta/olive oil and garlic dish. I’ve been searching with no success. Any assistance regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you! I’ve not been able to find a compiled list or even search by points value on their entire website. I started back to WW today after a success 6 years ago and am so overwhelmed with the website. There seems to be plenty of recipes and articles on their site but no where to connect to other WW members, groups, nothing. The connect tab just takes me to the articles etc. I appreciate that you took the time to compile this list!!

I never liked to use in the website either but if you can get the app the app is so helpful. And this printable zero points list is so great thanks to the blog creator.

I was able to find the zero point foods on the app OK but there was no way to print it out

Is it possible to print just the list without everything else around it?

To print the list only just save the image to your photos (on smart phone or computer) and then print from your photo editor. Might need to use thr “Print to Fit” option on your print dialogue to fit on one page.

Hi, I am so confused. I don’t know where or how to begin. Sounds like there are 2 plans, points plus or smart points. How do I know where to start. There are so many limks to read. I lost 100 pounds on WW years ago, it now it is so different. I feel like I need an hour of guidance to help sort this all out.

From what I can tell it is still the points system, but fruits, veggies, poultry, and seafood ha e zero points. You don’t have to track them. Eat until you are full.

So, you could eat just the zero points food? The list is extensive…what more could you want.

This is just a guide to get you through the hunger. The calories still count so I wouldn’t over eat the zero point foods but maybe add one or two to each meal and if needed, The program is all about moderation.

WW is too complicated for me to understand anymore. I did WW years ago and lost 25 lbs but didn’t keep it off. I actually enjoyed the time spent weekly with other women but now it is online without the personal touch. I’m much older now and at the highest weight of my life. I need to lose at least 20 -25 lbs. I do need help with this.

Thats not what it says. It says NOT unlimited amounts. You must still stick to serving sizes and track them.. Don’t know where the serving sizes are found though.
