Vanilla Blueberry Blast Smoothie Recipe

When there's a special occasion and I want to treat myself, Ilove getting a vanilla sweet cream fruit tart! It's one of my absolute favorite desserts, and of course it's what inspired me to make this Vanilla Blueberry Blast Smoothie!

This recipe is not only a healthier version of a tasty dessert, butIt’s creamy, fruity, and thoroughly satisfies my sweet tooth using whole, nutritious foods. Whether you’re looking for a filling meal, snack, or dessert, you can count on this smoothie to fuel your body!

What You Will Need to Make this Smoothie

Making this smoothie is super-easy and takes under five minutes! All you need to make this yummy smoothie is 310 Vanilla, banana, frozen blueberries, unsweetened oat milk, avocado, vanilla extract, and ice (optional). The best part about this recipe is how versatile it is, so you can build upon it however you’d like.

310 Vanilla

For the ultimate smooth, creamy, and irresistible base, I use a scoop of 310 Vanilla! If you’re familiar with my recipes, you know 310 Vanilla is one of my favorite flavors because it pairs well with so many different ingredients. It’s also made with clean, whole food ingredients and sweetened with plant-based Stevia for a healthiersugar-free alternative.

In addition to adding awesome flavor with no added sugars to your smoothies, here are some additional amazing qualities of 310 Vanilla...

  • Keto and paleo-friendly
  • Blend of pea, brown rice, and hemp protein
  • Essential vitamins and minerals
  • & immune-supporting blend of organic superfood greens!

Alternative Ingredients

Want to switch things up a bit? There are endless ways you can change up this smoothie, depending on your mood or what ingredients you have readily available. Below are some variations I’ve tried and really enjoy and think you will too!

  • A different berryor even a blend of mixed berries
  • MCT oil and/or chia seeds instead of avocado for healthy fats
  • Omit banana to allow berry flavor to shine through and/or lower the carb count

While you can always use regular milk or almond milk instead of oat, I recommend trying oat milk next time you are at the store! It’s a great nut-free, dairy alternative that's ultra-creamy and tends to have more protein than other nut milks.

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, just add your ingredients into a blenderand blend on a high setting until everything is thoroughly combined. At this point, you can add ice for more volume or omit it if you'd like. Alternatively, you can also use a frozen banana instead of ice. Once you reach the consistency you like, just pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
