Roasty’s Frosty Holiday co*cktail Recipe
Fill a few glasses with ice and round up the ingredients listed below; it’s time to whip up what might become your new favorite seasonal co*cktail!
You’ll Need
- Coffee ice cubes
- A shot of vanilla vodka
- A shot of Irish cream liqueur
The Process
Step One
Step one should occur the night or at least a few hours before you hope to get your drink on. Pour your coffee into an ice tray and leave the joe to harden in the freezer.
There aren’t any wrong answers when it comes to the kind of coffee you use. We recommend using what’s leftover in your coffee pot from your morning brew — no waste here! — but if you want to brew it fresh just before freezing it, that’s OK, too.
Step Two
Pop a handful of ice cubes into a festive tumbler or co*cktail glass. Then, pour a shot of vodka over them.
We went with Smirnoff’s vanilla vodka, but that brand isn’t required for making this delicious after-dinner drink. Use whatever your preferred vanilla vodka is.
Step Three
Finish things off with a shot of Irish cream liqueur. Saint Brendan’s was our pick here, but there are plenty of Irish cream liqueurs on the market. Feel free to use whatever kind you like.
Drop a straw into the co*cktail mixture, find a cozy spot to relax while you drink, and enjoy!
