I made Printable Freezer Meal Labels that I want to share with you today. I also learned of a freezer stocking method I am excited to try. Read to the end!

I do not often set aside hours to stock my freezer with freezer meals. (This may change now that I seehow easy MyFreezEasymakes it. 10 meals in an hour!!) Instead of one big session to stock my freezer, I am more likely to double or triple a recipe and throw the extras in the freezer for later.

When I do set aside the time to do this, I love the rewards! Picking a meal out of the freezer is the best.It’s a good day when dinner entails thawing a frozen meal and throwing it in the crock-pot.The rewards of a well-stocked freezer are real! It saves time, money, and the what-am-I-making-for-dinnerheadache.

Before you toss the meal in your freezer, you will need to label the meal. It will save you the time of needing to research the directions later. You will have all the details needed when you pull the frozen meal out at a later date.

The labels can also be used if you are giving the freezer meal to someone else as a gift. You don’t want the new mom trying to figure out what the directions are, so make sure you print these labels to tape on the freezer meal!

The labels include a place to write in

• Recipe Name
• Date Prepared
• Number of Servings
• Directions

The labels will print on an 8.5X11 sheet of paper. You can also purchase sticker paper if you don’t want to have to tape the labels on the bag or pan.
