Just because I am eating better doesn't mean I want to feel deprived or give up my favorite foods. Luckily, since I follow the Weight Watchers plan, I don't have to. I can just modify my favorite recipes to make them Weight Watchers friendly. I love biscuits, particularity those cheesy ones that you find at a popular seafood chain. These Cheesy Biscuits with Two Ingredient Dough were inspired by those. I used two ingredient dough as the base for the recipe and added a few more items to create these cheesy biscuits. They are just 2 points each!Don't forget to also check out our2 Ingredient Dough Calzoneand our Weight Watchers Pasta Salad and for dessert, this One Point Cheesecake.

How to make WW two ingredient dough biscuits

You'll start by combining self rising flour and fa*ge 0% fat Greek Yogurt, which are the two ingredients in two ingredient dough, in a large bowl. Then add some garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and fat free cheddar cheese. I use this cheese as it is 0 points for ¼ cup.

Mix the ingredients together in the mixing bowl to make a dough and form into a ball on flat surface. I found that since there was loose powder in the bowl, there was no need for me to add any additional flour to the surface. Flatten the dough to 1 ½-2 inches thick and use a biscuit cutterto cut out 6 biscuits from the dough.

Place on a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees until the tops have started to turn a golden brown.

Don't they look yummy? As yummy as these are, they are not identical to your favorite biscuits. I mean there is no butter or milk in these which keeps the Weight Watchers points low. Each biscuit is just 2 Weight Watchers Freestyle points. These are a great substitution if you are following the Weight Watchers plan or just just to eat better.

I have served these Cheese biscuits with dinner, but they are great for breakfast too. Pair them with some 0 point eggs and a slice of bacon for a filling breakfast that will make you feel like you are splurging.

I was very leery about how good these could be and they are AMAZING! I'm still in my first week of WW so it's not like my palate has changed very much yet and these are just flat out amazing. Thank You! Now I can make up a bunch of breakfast biscuits to pop into the freezer, which just makes my world so much better. These take moments to whip up and you can put any herb into them. Just so good.
