2. Mongolian Beef Over Cauli-Rice

This recipe is for a deliciously seasoned and saucy flank steak made with raw honey, coconut aminos, grated fresh ginger, red pepper flakes, yellow onion, and coconut oil. Serve it over cauliflower rice made with rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, yellow onion, and more.

3. AIP and Low FODMAPs Flank Steak

Need a recipe for the AIP diet? Or testing out Low FODMAPs to see if it’s what you need? Try this flank steak marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar, coconut aminos, fresh chopped rosemary, garlic oil, and pink sea salt. I promise you won’t even be thinking about those special diets.

4. Traditional Beef Fajitas

This recipe keeps things simple with a traditional fajita marinade of onion, lime juice, garlic, and olive oil. You’ll need a nice cut of flank steak or skirt steak, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, salt, and pepper. You’ll cook the onions from the marinade right in the fajita mix.

5. Lettuce Wraps With Five Spice Flank Steak and Peanut Sauce

Before you click away, know that you can make the “peanut sauce” with almond butter (and use crushed almonds to serve). That would make it an almond sauce, but who cares? Also, replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos to make this recipe completely paleo.

6. Mediterranean Tacos With Honey and Spice Tahini

These tacos have a unique flavor combination with grass fed flank steak, ghee, diced yellow onion, dried apricot, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a sauce made from tahini, lemon, honey, and a chili garlic sauce. Recipe included for paleo tortillas!

7. Grilled Flank Steak With Zoodles and Chimichurri

Like I was just saying—a good flank steak is great with a nice pile of zoodles. This one is doused in a chimichurri sauce with red wine vinegar (raw and fermented if you can get it), pressed garlic, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and extra virgin olive oil.

8. Thai-Style Grilled Flank Steak

In this recipe, feel free to replace the brown sugar with coconut sugar and the oil with the cooking oil of your choice (I’d pick olive this time). This steak is a bit sweet, a bit spicy, super savory, and bound to become a family favorite at the very first bite.

9. Perfect Flank Steak With Argentinian Chimichurri

Personally, I’m not a huge cilantro fan. That’s a genetic thing, no? It tastes like stink bugs to me. So I absolutely love this recipe for a delicious buttery flank steak with a chimichurri made from parsley and fresh oregano leaves as a change from the usual cilantro. Love the white wine vinegar in this one.

11. Herb and Peppercorn Crusted Flank Steak

This easy steak has a lovely crust of herbs and pink peppercorns. You’ll need fennel, garlic, kosher salt, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, freshly ground black pepper, and olive oil. This is a lovely protein to go with roasted vegetables, zucchini pasta, or whatever you heart desires.

12. Mexican-Marinated Flank Steak

I’m a huge fan of orange flavors in my marinades, and this one is no exception. This Mexican-style marinated flank steak uses garlic, orange, lime, apple cider vinegar, cumin, salt, chili powder, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Serve it up with some Mexican cauliflower rice!

13. Chili Rubbed Flank Steak With Chimichurri on a Parsnip Puree

For me, the most challenging part of cooking is deciding what to serve with what. How do you turn something from a dish into a meal? So I love this recipe, which does all the work for me. Serve up your delicious flank steak on a yummy parsnip puree and get your veggie, too!

15. Wasabi Bloody Married Flank Steak

I think this one wins for most creative recipe of the day. This is a seared and seasoned BBQ flank steak covered in a Bloody Mary salsa with Worcestershire sauce, wasabi, celery, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and more. This will become a fast favorite.

16. Citrus Marinated Flank Steak

When it comes to flank steaks, it appears that the key is to marinate them in the most delicious ingredients you can think of. This time, that’s juice from oranges and limes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chipotle chili powder, chopped cilantro, cumin, and salt. Yum!
